Reflection's Edge

The Woodwife's Song by A.C. Wise (fantasy)
Aylet's loss of her child before its ever having been born is almost too much for her. The terrible dreams that trouble her are no help: nightmares filled with tree-creatures, their hollowed-out bodies haunting her and the marshes they inhabit both. Despite her friends' attempts to draw her out, she grows more and more introverted, the sketches of the creatures she dreams entering her waking reality. Yet as she begins to understand the monsters in her dreams more, she begins to wonder what exactly she is capable of as well - and to wonder exactly how lost her child might be.

Candy Man by Rebecca M. Senese (fantasy/horror)

Yet when Mr. Lindrick arrives with his unassuming diet candies, he finds himself taking a whole new position - not to mention a whole new body...

Water by Silvia Moreno-Garcia (fantasy)
Rebecca Lynn was a girl no one would ever forget - until she disappeared. Expected prom queen, all around beauty, one day she simply left and never came home. As the missing posters fade and memories likewise dim, one girl begins to remember - and to question - Rebecca Lynn's strange absence.

The Beginning of Time by Claude Lalumière (fantasy)
The Earth was smaller then - and everything unchanging. Demons, of course, were ready to prank and play, but all in all, everything was much the same. Until, at least, the demons came up with a terribly clever plan and accidentally kick-started the world...
